How it works

What powers it?
It runs from a USB cable, which is included. You can plug it into any standard USB adapter or a power bank.
How often should I replace the filter?
Replace it when it looks discoloured or the flow slows down. How often that happens depends on how many pets use it and how hard your water is.
What if the pump stops running?
First check that the pump is fully submerged and the USB connection is secure — running dry is the most common cause. If that doesn't fix it, email info@wag-mint.com and we'll help.
Can I run it without the filter?
It will still circulate water, but we recommend keeping a filter fitted.
Will it suit my pet?
