How does the WagMint Slow-Down Feeder Bowl work?
The bowl has a raised maze moulded into it. Food settles into the channels between the ridges, so instead of reaching a full bowl in one mouthful, your dog works their way around the pattern.
Nothing is closed off — it simply takes more passes to clear the bowl, which encourages a slower eating pace and makes mealtime more engaging.
What size should I choose?
18.5 cm (Square) — best for smaller dogs or standard portions.
21 cm (Round) — an alternative shape with a slightly wider footprint.
Both use the same maze pattern, so the choice comes down to portion size and the shape you prefer. If you're unsure, email info@wag-mint.com with your dog's usual portion and we'll help you pick.
How do I clean it?
Rinse it after each meal so food doesn't dry into the channels. For a proper clean, hand wash with warm water and a mild dish soap, then let it dry fully.
Avoid abrasive scrubbers and harsh chemicals — they can scratch the surface and make the channels harder to clean over time.
We don't list this bowl as dishwasher safe. We'd rather tell you to hand wash it than guess.
Is it safe for my dog?
Pick a size that suits your dog and the portion you feed. Supervise the first few meals while your dog works out the pattern, as you would with anything new at mealtimes.
Check the bowl over regularly and stop using it if it cracks, splits or wears — replace it rather than repairing it.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before being handed to the carrier. Processing can take longer over holidays or during busy periods.
Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and your address, and isn't guaranteed. Any available estimate is shown at checkout before you pay.

What if my dog doesn't like it?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email info@wag-mint.com with your order number first and we'll set it up — items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Our policy asks that returned items are unused and in their original packaging, so if you're unsure about size or shape, it's worth asking us before you open it. Return shipping may be your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
