Does it work on carpet?
It's designed for hard floors like hardwood, tile and laminate. It won't roll freely on thick carpet or rugs.
Is it suitable for kittens?
It can be used with cats of all ages. Supervise young kittens during play.
How long does a charge last?
Run time depends on which mode you use and how much your cat plays. Email us if you'd like the manufacturer's stated figures before ordering.
My cat ignored it after a few days.
Cats often rotate their interest. Putting it away for a week and reintroducing it usually helps. If it isn't working out, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
